Sub. : Conversion of plan from Postpaid to Prepaid.

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have been using 12 nos mobile connections for several years and each connection is covered as a postpaid
family plan as described in below. Currently, we want to convert the following posted connections to prepaid
plans strictly from 1st November,22.
Therefore, we are requested to take appropriate measures to ensure that we do not have any payment liability
for those connections from 1st November 2022. Further mentioning that all payments have been made till 31st
October 2022 as per monthly plan for connections.
It is also mentioned that if there is any problem in conversion of the said plans from Postpaid to Prepaid then all
the connections may be closed by 31st October 2022.
