I was so excited to see the company's job posting for Senior Designer recruiting
on LinkedIn. I am very interested in this position and I’m confident that my
qualities are suitable for company’s need.
I have more than four years of experience position of lead designer for agency as
well as marketing campaigns, two years at university clubs and two years for
some agency, I also do freelance if interested. In role of lead designer, I’ve proved
myself to be a perfectionist and a responsible leader. My former team worked
very well, increasing the company's awareness and bringing in big advertising
contracts. Not only that, I created an environment that everyone can learn from
each other, raising the understanding of members.
I always demand myself hard challenges and break limits, that why I give up the
former job because t think I can’t learn anything from the former company. I
leave to find a new opportunity for myself. For a big agency, I believe I can bring
