I have advanced diploma in insurance and risk management, awarded by the university of Institute
of finance management (IFM) at Mwanza campus in 2022.

I have two month experience in the insurance industry where I conducted my field project at
Bumaco Insurance Company Limited, in Tanga branch.
During practical training I performed different insurance activities such as customer care services,
sales and marketing, entry data to the smart policy and other underwriting activities, also I was got
skills about retaining the customers by introducing good relationship with them.
Also, I get skills about to communicate with customers, I held a meeting with boda-boda drivers
and gave them education on the benefit of having insurance cover, through the meeting I managed
to get new insurance clients.

My experience helps me to have good customer service, communication skills, also experience has
allowed me to design and ensure achievement of all sales objectives, and to prepare strategies to
retain all customers.
