Release MECO and MCO

1. Top level part - end item, panning required and product

create strucure
2. Go for the Manufacturing Details->Manufacturing Responsibility-->Edit all then
Actions-->Create Manufacturing Plan
3.Click on Bill of Materials--Select all -> Create Change order
4.Promote all the parts to Approved state by mass promote
5.promote connected CA to In Approval state and click on promote to Complete state
--alert will be displayed
6.Go to top level part and click on Manufacturing Details->Manufacturing
Responsibility -> Editall --actions--Create new manufacturing Responsibility
automatically MECO will be created
Click on MBOM Planning--Click on filter icon--change to "current and planning" and
click on edit all
Select first level parts(B-) and click on move to left and expnad the structure on
the consumption view side and all are in red(not consumed).
Select Top level part on the "planning view " side and actions-add new-- Synthetic
part will be created
create one more synthetic part
select c- level parts on the consumption view and click on move to right and then
click on paste
repeat for second synthetic part

Go to top level part and click on Manufacturing Details->Manufacturing

Responsibility --open MECO and Release MECO
and MCO will be created automatically and able to see under Related MCOs tab and
Release the MCO
When MCO will be implemented then we can see the full structure in MBOM plant
specific view.
