Character sketch Paragraphs

Shell is helpful because he offers to assist Mr Gidharee by chasing

away the other dogs that were barking and harassing his own dogs.

This shows Shell is helpful because Mr Gidharee was not a close

friend of his and he was willing to help out.

Shell is friendly because he is able to converse and get to know the

boys under the cashew tree. Instead of staying quiet or leaving, he

talks to them and learns their names. On the next day , he meets up

with Lennard, one of the boys, to talk more about Rosalie.

Shell is sensible because he does not bring his father his pipe. Shell

knows the pipe is not good for him and listens to his mother even

though she is not around.
