by the buyer. Accepted merchandise are not subject to exchange or return.
2. Hauling shall be for the account of the Buyer.
3. The Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs above the quoted price for the Goods which are directly or
indirectly incurred by the Company through the Buyer's instructions or lack of instruction or through failure or delay in
hauling of the merchandise from our warehouse or through any act or default or omission on the part of the Buyer or any
of their associates thereof.
4. Overdue accounts shall bear 12 % interest per annum computed from the date of maturity until fully paid.
5. Delivery/ies is/are made only after a cash payment equivalent to exact quantity to be delivered is received via
online bank transfer or via a photo of validated bank deposit slip is presented.
