RE: REQUESTING TO PERFORM AT THE DRAMA NIGHT EVENT

The E-Sparks crew-Venus Dancers wish to be part of the DRAMA NIGHT show that would
be hosted by your club on Saturday 5th. November 2022.

The crew was informed about the show by the dancers from Kirinyaga University (Swift
Dancers) and we dearly pass our request to perform during the night and be the audience as
well.

Therefore the members of the club kindly request you to:

1. Inform the school so that our visiting shll not be interfeared with by the school
security.

2. Allow us be part of the event by giving us a chance to showcase and entertain.

The Crew will adhere to the rules and regulations of the school. We also look forward to hype
the event and cherish it as our own, because we are building unforgetable legacy with you.
