    This case report describes a patient who developed acquired hemophilia A after taking a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). The patient, a 72-year-old man, presented with severe bleeding after minor trauma and was found to have an inhibitor against factor VIII. Treatment for the acquired hemophilia A involved bypassing agents and corticosteroids, which controlled the bleeding and led to the disappearance of the factor VIII inhibitor.
