We at Teleperformance are committed to respecting your privacy and the protection of your personal
data. Teleperformance needs to use your personal data to ensure that we can meet all the requirements
in relation to your employment with us. We also need to ensure we comply with laws and regulations, can
respond to requests from supervisory authorities, handle legal claims, detect, and prevent fraud, and carry
out our business activities. Our Privacy Notice is provided to inform you of how Teleperformance
processes your personal data and we regularly review it to ensure that it is up to date. We provide this
notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other United States
privacy laws. Please read it carefully. For more information about our Privacy Program, please see the

Identifiers, such as, email address, physical address, online identifier, Internet Protocol address,
social security number, driver's license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.
State customer records, which may include name, physical characteristics or description,
telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification number, insurance
policy number, education, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, or any
other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information.

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:
Directly from you or indirectly from sources you authorize (e.g., references from previous
employers, credit checks, background checks).
Directly and indirectly from your activity on our intranet or website (www.teleperformance.com).
For example, 1) from systems or event monitoring for performance evaluation, quality assurance,
and fraud prevention; or 2) from submissions through our website portal or website usage details
collected automatically. See our Cookie Policy.
To fulfill the reason for which the information is provided. For example, to facilitate payroll service
or other job-related benefits for you.
To provide you with information that you request from us.
To provide you with company email alerts, event registrations and other TP notices, that may be
of interest to you.
To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into
between you and us, including employment.
To improve our website.
To present our website contents to you, for example through online employment training, or for
the annual employee performance review process.
As necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our clients, or others.

To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other
sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy,
liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us is among the assets
transferred.
In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to process more sensitive personal data. We
process information revealing more sensitive data only when local law requires or allows.
Sensitive data may include racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical
beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the
purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a
natural person's sex life or sexual orientation. For instance, Teleperformance may need to
process health data for the assessment of working capacity and sensitive data may be relevant
when supporting employees with personal or employment relations issues, (such as addressing a
discrimination concern). Teleperformance is committed to diversity and inclusion. It has been a
signatory of the United Nations’ Global Compact since 2011 and has a global diversity and
inclusion program to reflect its commitment to diversity. We may gather and process equality and
diversity information to support and demonstrate this commitment.
We will not collect additional categories of personal information or process the personal information we
have collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose
personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires
the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except
performing the contract.
We may disclose your personal information for a business purpose to the following categories of third
parties:
Teleperformance does not sell any personal information; or use your personal information as part of a
financial incentive program.
Monitoring, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the use of the computer systems and labor tools,
used by you and allocated to you (“TP IT Systems”) for the purposes of Teleperformance conducting its
business and to ensure that those TP IT Systems are being used in a lawful appropriate, compliant and
secure manner. Types of monitoring may include, among others: detection of account misuse (e.g.,
shared accounts, identity theft); detection of confidential data exfiltration via communication channels
(e.g., chat, email); detection of unusual suspected behavior (e.g., copy/paste confidential and/or
unauthorized data from one app to another); blocking of unapproved activities (e.g., agents unapproved
accessing of certain tools or the internet). Additionally, for work at home operations use of a Web Video
Camera and audio surveillance (as part of the computer sign-on process and during the work shift to
authenticate employee identity, to visually monitor the work environment during work hours, and to
facilitate communication).
Listening to and Recording work-related communications (e.g., phone calls, emails, chat, or message
conversations), to the extent permitted by applicable law:
Upon our Client’s request for: evaluation of service provided by Teleperformance (for example,
contractual KPIs); training/coaching of employees on Client’s material; improvement of the quality
of service (e.g., business intelligence, speech analytics); updating the services provided by the
Client; compliance policy implementation; storage/archiving of interaction for retrieval for
probation purposes in case of a claim; and/or storage/archiving of proof of the conclusion of a
contract or execution of a contract.
For Teleperformance for the purposes of: training/coaching of employees, improvement of their
skills; evaluation of employees, for example to determine their variable pay; management of
disciplinary procedures and/or management of judicial and/or criminal procedures (e.g., following
an incident of fraud or non-compliant behavior).
CCTV and Access Control: To protect the security of our employees, visitors and business,
Teleperformance uses CCTV and video, security badges (including photo identification), and entry/exit
logs to monitor building access points and access to secure areas and systems.
