competitions, and amount of exercises, test scores, and exam scores, to construct the models, where 2/3 of the data is used for the modeling and 1/3 of the data is used for the testing. Then, after exchanging the test data and modeling data, two more accurate models are obtained. Finally, parts of the scores in the course are applied for the model to obtain the predicted scores. As can be seen, the average di erence between the predicted score and actual score is less than 9.6%, implying that the performance results are fairly consistent. In addition, Figure 7 shows the results of di erent scores intervals on the predicted score di erences by LR and LWLR. We can see that the predicted score of the interval 0~5 is more accurate for both LR and LWLR methods.
