Why is it important today to have fundamentals of marketing?
Based on what my colleagues previously commented, taking into account the
relationship that the fundamentals of marketing have with our career, the next question that arises is: Why is it important today to have fundamentals of marketing? Currently, its importance is vital in: 1) the economy of companies, organizations and nations; 2) in improving people's quality of life and 3) in generating more competitive companies capable of satisfying the needs and desires of society. Marketing is becoming more important every day for any type of organization, basically because the environment is becoming more complicated every day due to fierce competition, the constant change in all scenarios, and the uncertainty that is reflected in the markets. Marketing is currently an important tool for market knowledge and strategy. This helps organizations to retain their customers and increase their participation, create tools for consumer satisfaction. So marketing helps organizations to stay in the market because it seeks to know what are the most attractive value offers that make them superior to the competition.
