The pie chart illustrates the proportions of men and women who were

incarcerated from 1989 to 1994, whilst the bar chart gives data on
manifold causes behind newest captures of people from both sexes.
In short, more males were caught than females during the given period.
Furthermore, the predominant cause for both genders’ arrest was public
drinking and only a small percentage was without revealed misdeed.
Regarding the pie chart, the percentage of men getting caught largely
overwhelmed that of the remaining sex by 23%. Contrarily, over nine-
tenths of women were lily-white during that period, compared to only
68% of men who remained free of charge.
Regarding the bar chart, most reasons, except for assault and public
drinking, led to more males taken into custody than females. In
particular, regarding the former sex, just above 30% of men were
arrested for drinking in the public, while 26% of them went to jail
because of drunk driving. Meanwhile, those imprisoned for breach of
order, assault, theft, or other reason accounted for between 15% and
20% of the male population. Apropos of the remaining gender, over 35%
of women got caught for public drinking, which was approximately 15%
higher than those caught for assault or other reason. Besides, below 15%
of females went to jail for the following reasons: drive drinking, breach
of order, theft. Lastly, while 6,6% of females were arrested but giving no
reason, the proportion was 4% regarding men.
