1. Start promptly at 7:30 pm. Assembly time is at 7:00 pm.
2. Route of Procession a. Stations in between must not be too far. b. Submit the route of the procession to the parish a day before the stations c. Submit list of families who accepted the stations and their addresses. 3. Running time of the stations must not be more than two (2) hours. 4. Require families who accepted the station to set up an altar in a small table with white or violet background. Place a crucifix on the table with two (2) candles. No flowers, they can place leaf arrangement or plants. No other images must be placed on the table. 5. Assign readers from the family who can read the prayers clearly and properly. 6. The stations must be lighted. 7. Turn off all cellphones or place in a silent mode before the start of the stations. 8. The bearers of the cross with the station frame must be a member of the family who will join the procession up to the end. The reader can also be the cross bearer. 9. Prayer for the family will be read by a member of MOLC. 10.Song will be sang after the prayer for the family 11.Request the family to provide a long extension cord for the light and sound system brought during the procession. 12.Assign an advance party to check the preparation of the next station 13.No Envelope – Politely tell them that there is no need for them to give. If they want to donate, they can bring it directly to the parish office. Official Receipt will be issued 14.Require all those who will serve as reader, cross bearer and all who will attend the stations of the cross to dress up properly. No shorts, sleeveless or inappropriate attire for both male and female. 15.Provide candles for the procession. 16.No food must be served after the stations of the cross.
