We are pleased to offer you an Employment with Bigfoot Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd. based on the interview
discussions you had with us. Details of the terms and conditions of the offer are as under:

1. You will be designated as a Tech Lead - Engineering and will be based at our Delhi Office.
2. Your date of commencement of Employment will be on or before 14th February 2023.
3. You will be entitled to receive compensation and benefits (Annual CTC of Rs. 24,93,600(Fixed) + Rs.
2,49,360(Variable)). Details attached in Annexure 1.
4. Your employment would be subject to the Terms & Conditions, mentioned in your appointment letter,
which will be issued to you after your joining. The offer shall lapse automatically in 03 Days unless you
confirm your acceptance within the validity period by signing the copy and returning it to us.
5. You will be on probation for a period of 90 days from the date of joining. You will be confirmed in the
services based on your satisfactory performance during the probation period at the sole discretion of
the Company.
6. Your offer has been made based on information furnished by you. However, if there is a discrepancy in
the copies of documents or certificates given by you as proof of above, we retain the right to review our
offer of employment.
7. Employment as per this offer is subject to you being medically fit.
8. Please bring along the below listed documents / details on your day of joining.

a) X- and XII-Mark sheet and Certificates.

b) Graduation and Post-Graduation Mark sheets and Certificates.
c) Appointment letter/Offer letter from previous employer.
d) Last increment/appraisal letter.
e) Relieving Letter/Resignation Acceptance from previous employer.
f) Last 3 months salary slips from previous employer.
g) PAN Card (Mandate)
h) Proof of address (Permanent & Current both)
i) 3 passport size recent photographs.
