GUIDELINES FOR THE PAPER PRESENTATION


• Use A4 paper

• Text : Arial

• Font size : 12

• Double-spacing for the text of narrative reports per area, single spacing for the photo caption

• There should be an Overview of the GPP (300-500 words in English)

• The four areas of judging / criteria for judging must have narrative reports (which are prepared by the GPP school coordinator, and approved by the school head). The
judging areas are:

1. Food Gardening (100-200 words)


2. Supplementary Feeding (100-200 words)
3. Nutrition Education (100-200 words)
4. Sustainability Mechanism (100-200 words)

• There should be a photo documentation per each indicator (maximum of 4 photos per indicator, and strictly 2 photos per coupon bond, each photo must have a short
caption)

• The entry for paper evaluation must bear the name and logo of the participating school, and schools district, schools division

• The entry for paper evaluation must be ring-binded
