Susan is vice president of the toy company. And at the beginning of the episode, she
is in her office. Her assistant, Sam, the schedule for the day. She has an appointment
meet clients, a meeting with the production staff and approve the new toy sketches.
But Susan seems as if she still had some another plans. And her assistant says that she
needs a day off because she works too hard.
A little later, Susan can’t remember reminisce what another appointment she has
scheduled. But Sam solves the mystery as there are people waiting for Susan in the
reception. This is Harry and his daughter, they previously agreed to go for lunch that
day. So, Susan will have to change her schedule.
In Susan's reception room, she greets her guests. Michelle's a little shy, just like
Susan used to be. Also, her behavior can be accounted for the fact that Harry has not
been dating with anyone else for a long time. So, Susan is rescheduling the
appointment with one of the clients for the next day in order to be able to go to lunch
now.
Later, Susan, Harry and Michelle sit in one of the restaurants in the South Street
Seaport. They make an order as the waiter has recommended. While Harry leaves to
get vegetables, the waiter brings food. Susan tries to help Michelle, but she prefers to
wait for her father. Therefore, Susan decides to explain to the girl, though she and
Harry like each other she doesn’t want to take her mother's place and now Harry
needs a friend. She suggests Michelle to be good friends, and the girl accepts her
offer. Then Harry comes and they start eating.
Later they are still in the Seaport, watching sights. Susan has to go to work, but Harry
has more plans for the day. So, he and his daughter accompany Susan to the office.
But after saying goodbye to them, she decides to change her schedule one more time.
She calls Sam and tells him to ask her colleague to fill in for her and also sets up
another meeting for the next day. After that, they all go to the Central Park.
In the park, they go in a carriage, Harry remarks that Michelle likes Susan. She
replies that it is likewise. Harry is surprised how quickly they have got along so well.
Susan replies that they had a secret conversation.
