Kickstart process
Hostname: Set the hostname you want the Elemental appliance to have after the
kickstart
Disk Layout: Allows you to specify the Disk layout of the encoder. Auto Layout works
for 98% of the situations, but at times you may need to specify a specific Disk Layout.
Set Key: Leave blank. This field is used at the factory during initial system
provisioning. 
Upgrade: You may see this setting on older versions of Kickstart. You can ignore it. 
Install: When you have configured the previous settings and are ready to start the
installation, select this option. The new operating system installation starts.
