To apply, you need to have: + An original letter from the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) stating the total Capital Contribution cost of the required electricity pole(s)_ and infrastructure; A completed application form requesting that you want to utilise the MPU's Electrification facility to fund the Capital Contribution This programme does not apply to Commercial and Industrial customers or Land Developers.
