Answer:

The email is persuasive or convincing as it sent to the management team, first, the email
contains positive message that have a purpose to take an actions the any food insecurity in the
families of the Dunbar employees and have a big impact on the business that will make them
become a world leader in taking care of the food needs of its employees. Second, the email is
persuasive because the choose of word is conviction by emphasize directness of idea or
purpose in writing the email. Third, the email contains an possible action that wants the sender
to take. Lastly, the email reminds the reader its their choice to take action.

2. What recommendations do you have for Blake to make his message more persuasive?
Answer:

My recommendations for Blake to make his message more persuasive is writing an


email that encourage the reader to envision his end goal and the email contains evidence and
examples that his idea is beneficial for their company. Another one, I recommend that Blake
expressing his idea through face to face or in a meeting. It is because ,they are some people
prefer face to face meetings and it is difficult to convince a person electronically than in person.
Additionally, reading an email messages is time consuming , there is a possibility that the person
ignoring the email you send to them.

3. What might be any unintended negative consequences of giving subsidies of $400 per month to
Dunbar employees who are experiencing food Insecurity?
Answer:

experience difficulties or they experiences crisis.
