Case Questions:
1. To what extent do you think that Amanda has found a purpose that will keep her
highly motivated?
Answer:

I think that Amanda has found a purpose that will keep her highly motivated when
she get new learnings about her job and the experience she accumulating that
getting closer what she want to achieve in her career. Also, when she part of
helping people losing their weight through the program of the company where
she part in.

2. What would you recommend Amanda do to find a way to make her work more
meaningful and purposeful?
Answer:
I would recommend that Amanda must exploring , asking questions, and
engaging people in ideas about job. So that, she come up with the new ideas to
make her own experience of work more engaging. Additionally, Amanda must
find something challenging work rather than enjoy their time at work. As a result,
Amanda remain dissatisfied with her accomplishments and she feel sense of
progress and growth, which turn into more meaningful and purposeful work.

3. What is your opinion as to whether or not Brett is invading Amanda’s privacy with
his line of questioning?

Answer:

In my opinion if Brett is invading Amanda's privacy with his line of questioning is


helpful for the Amanda to find her purpose and for that Brett as a marketing
manager know the personality or the values of the people who not the best but
good fit for the organization.
