1. For you ?what is the meaning and essence of teaching profession.

*For me, To provide equitable instruction across all learner profiles, teachers need to
understand how an openness and willingness to listen and learn from their students can help
them take pride in and control of their own learning. This is the essence of an efficacious
pedagogy.
- Teachers encourage students to be dedicated to studies and passionate about their
careers. Teaching is a profession and a mode to make students have more potential and
learn important lessons even about life like respect, sharing, ethical values, and cultures.
2.Do you think the view of society to teaching profession ten years ago different from what the
society thinks of the teaching profession today?if your answer is in the affirmative , what do you
think are the factors that affects this view.?

21st-century teaching means teaching as you have always taught but with today's tools and
technology. It means utilizing everything that is important in today's world so that students will
be able to live and prosper in today's economy, as well as having the ability to guide students
and to prepare them for the future.

3.Why did you take -up teaching course ?


*I want to take this take up teaching course
because every single day we make a difference in someone’s life which goes far beyond
knowledge. We inspire, support, mentor and get the chance to discover and share some of the
best parts of ourselves as human beings.”
Apart from giving me feedback on my teaching techniques, my students and I enjoy exchanging
information about our culture, traditions and customs.
What is more, when my students show me that they are eager to learn, I enjoy providing them
with new methods of remembering certain grammatical/vocabulary rules and patterns which
they find useful.

4.What kind of teacher will you be in the next 10 years?


I want to be a great teacher who is warm, accessible, enthusiastic and caring. This person is
approachable, not only to students, but to everyone on campus. This is the teacher to whom
students know they can go with any problems or concerns or even to share a funny story.
*A teacher who is committed to ensuring that children can achieve their full educational potential
and that can establish fair, respectful, trusting, supportive and constructive relationships with
them is the kind of teacher I want to be. I want my students to demonstrate positive values and
behaviour.
