Sir,

I, VARUN JAVALEKAR , student of Fourth year, hereby submit my statement of undertaking regarding
the educational tour to Puducherry-Chennai, from 19th Nov to27th Nov. 2022.

STATEMENT:
I assure you that my behavior, action or deeds will, by no means, spoil the college reputation. I
also assure that I won’t misbehave by doing any wrong practices like consumption of alcohol and drugs
and won’t get involved in any physical and other disputes. I would follow a formal and descent dress
code and will not wear any revealing and indecent clothing/outfit.
I am aware that, if I get caught consuming alcohol or drugs, or get into any physical disputes, the
college has full right to rusticate me from the college on immediate basis.
I am aware that it is my own responsibility to take care of myself and my own valuable
belongings, mobile phones etc.
Finally I would like to mention that I am solely responsible for any mishaps or unavoidable
incidents during travelling or during visit, college and staff members are not responsible thereof.
Also assure that I will strictly follow code of conduct and the instructions given by staff
members and I will not do any damage or tempering to the study accessories or part of it, if so I am
ready to bear the expenses.
