At the request of the learned Additional Advocate General, so far as the
Petitioners are concerned, the matter is ordered to be listed on 22 nd October,
2018.
Meanwhile, it is directed that the Learned Additional Advocate General
shall issue necessary instructions to the authorities to ensure that the time
granted should be utilized for the conclusion of the proceedings so far as each of
the Petitioners are concerned.
The Respondents have already been granted a couple of extension for the
same purpose in the past also.
Interim relief, granted earlier, to continue till the next date of hearing.
