Comply with the terms of computer software license and copyright agreements, computer virus and protection requirements and procedures. ‘The company reserves the right at any time, with or without prior notice or permission from the User or users of a computer or other company-owned computing device, to seize such device and/or copy, any and all information from the data storage mechanisms of such device as may be required in the sole discretion of the company in connection with investigations of possible ‘wrongdoing or legal action. ‘+ IFemployee uses his own Equipment: The employee can use his/ her own equipment for remote work a5 deemed appropriate by the organization. However, the company accepts no responsibilty for damage oF repairs to employee-owned equipment. Created on Aug. 2021 Startok 430F 15, 2 EEE © startek Health & Safety Guidelines Rules around wearing of face-shield: All employees are required to wear face shields while inside and within the vicinity of the campus, except for the below instances: 1. The Face shield can be removed when an employee is at their workstation (voice/non-voice/non- agents) provided they are seated alone, 2. An employee must put on their face shield when approaching a colleague, even if itis for a short duration. For e.g., seeking clarification on a call 3. The exception to this rule is in the pantry area when an employee is eating/drinking, however, social distancing must be observed. Rules around wearing of facemask: All employees are required to wear face mask while inside and within the vicinity of the campus as per the rules below. 1. Allemployees must always wear their facemasks except when in the pantry and eating/drinking. 2. While on calls, an employee must wear their mask. In instances where employees receive customer complaints of not being able to hear them clearly, the employee should adjust the headset or pass the call to the Sup, instead of removing their facemask. Manager/Supervisor accountability 1. For violations of H&S norms, when employees are called for huddles, meetings, training etc. , the employee (EC/EM/Trainer/QA) organizing or calling for the meeting will also be sanctioned whether ‘the said employee was violating the H&S protocol themselves. 2, The proposed corrective action for this is Final Warning for the 1" offense, and 10 days Suspension for the 2" offence Infraction Issuance & Reporting 1.
