Karabakh is Azerbaijan.

The victory of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the second Karabakh War is of historical
significance. Some world powers, which are biased against Azerbaijan, have once again
seen the power of Azerbaijan. The mighty Azerbaijani army, under the leadership of the
Supreme commander-in –Chief , liberated our ancient lands – Karabakh from the hated
Armenian occupation. There were those who rose to the peak of martyrdom on the way to
the homeland, and those who were named veterans. May God have mercy on the martyrs
and heal the wounded. From the date of occupation to September 27, 2020, Armenia has
been threatening the Azerbaijani state. The enemy’s leadership claimed to be waging a
“new war for new territories.” As a result, the enemy’s idea was thwarted, and they
realized that Azerbaijan was no longer the Azerbaijan of the 1990s. Yes, the Azerbaijan
state is no longer the same, today it has reliable allies, Azerbaijan is a strong state, it has
an army armed with the most modern weapons. Azerbaijan pursues an independent policy.
During the supreme Commander-in –Chief’s televised address to the nation during the
war, the phrase “we roast the occupiers like an idiot” became a popular aphorism in the
language of every citizen. In the military operations that have been going on since
September 27, 2020, the Azerbaijani army has shown great courage and gained the upper
hand. During the 44 day war before the signing of the trilateral declaration, about 300
settlements, 5 cities and 4 settlements, and numerous strategic heights were liberated from
the enemy. During the war, the enemy state committed all kinds of atrocities, fired on the
civilian population, committed terrorist acts in Ganja, Barda and other places, resulting in
the loss of lives, bombed homes. On the contrary, the state, in accordance with the norms
of international law and the rules of war, waged a just war for its lands.

As a result of the war, Armenia was not only militarily shaken happened. As a country,
Armenia has lost its prestige not only in the region but also in the world.

“ we are ready to stop at any time if the Armenian side undertakes to evacuate the
occupied territories” he said in an interview. On November 10, 2020, the Armenian-
Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict ended. The signed tripartite statement put an end
to the issue. We are grateful to the Supreme commander-in-chief for giving the people the
joy of a great victory. The souls of the sons of martyrs who died for the homeland for the
joy victory were also happy, and November 10 was engraved in the history of Azerbaijan
as the Day of the great Victory. The joy of the historic victory was greeted with great
enthusiasm in Neftchala, as in all regions of the country.

A solemn event was held in the district on the occasion of the historic Victory Day, the
district administration and public representatives took part in the event with great joy.
Among the participants of the event congratulating the people on the victory were parents
of martyrs. Neftchala region was one of the regions selected in the early 90swith the
participation of patriotic sons in the Karabakh war, gave a large number of martyrs and
won the title of veteran. In the Second Karabakh War, the brave patriotic sons of Neftchala
region showed great courage in liberating their homeland from the enemy’s footsteps.
Residents of the region, who fought with the enemy on the frontline, considered the path
of their predecessors who took part in the Karabakh war, national hero major Samid
Imanov, who was martyred in the April battles, and martyr Elimdar Safarov sacred and
died in this way. We remember all the martyrs with deep respect and bow before their
souls.

Karabgh is ours! Karabakh is Azerbaijan!
