MJI Electronic Trading LLC (“MJI” or “we”), as data controller, gives paramount
importance to the privacy of users, customers, and visitors (“you” or “I”) of this site
www.mjiaudio.com.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Notice is subject to and governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. And
any dispute regarding this Privacy Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Courts of Dubai.

By submitting information to MJI Electronic Trading LLC, or by using MJI’s site,
applications, or services, I willingly and expressly consent to MJI’s collection, use,
