We, JBB Sarl, wish to confirm With full corporate responsibility that we
are willing and able to transact and sell the copper ore grade 10% - up to
25 % / with the following specification terms and condition of sale and
purchases will be based on international procedures. We declare that the
copper or is free and clear from the mine site as we are expanding our
activities

We are also declaring that we are the producer and owner of the
comodities copper ore and seller of the product indicated as we have a
limited stock to supply to our partner in order to facilitate and open the
business and the long term relationship

We would request a down payment of 40% to our company at this stage

in order to facilitate the internal mining procedures and export process in
order to supply more to our client as our monthly supply would be
ircreasing and respond to our client request and needs.
