This article is interesting and its results are well presented and clear.

However, authors are kindly required to take into consideration the following remarks:

- Acronyms like PCM, PWM, RL-TD3 … in the abstract section must be explained;
- Keyword section should support exactly the same words picked from the abstract
section;
- Indirect speech is recommended instead of “we can say” (line 31).
- The choice of those different controllers must be well defned.
