My packet included relevant subject grades and volunteer experience. In China, I did exceptionally well in
languages and ranked at the top of my grade throughout the year. After graduating from junior high
school, I spent the entire summer working as a novice barista at a coffee line for two months and was
recognized by my boss. When I was in high school, I came to Canada. Although my grades were not
particularly good at first, I could be considered a rising star. While I was improving myself, I was also active
in volunteering and organizing activities for the international students at school. Teaching English and
social studies to Grade 9 students once a week is also something I am doing now. I not only teach them
about their studies, but also show them a lot of general life and study skills, such as making PPT, making
posters, and how to fix plumbing. The students are enjoying my classes. I have also volunteered for many
concerts, improving my artistic taste and contributing a little to the community at the same time. For
myself, I am very serious, patient, and have good communication skills to build good relationships with
others.
Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to apply to join the finance department. I will attach
my resume giving details about my relevant job skills and experience.
