DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE ADDENDUM

This addendum (Disbursement Schedule Addendum) is entered into as of the

on ______________________ shall comprise the entire Agreement.

Subject to Section 6 of the Agreement, Toters will remit the outstanding balance on a

Monthly basis according to the following:
