Cruz Hernández José Antonio

This history is about me since I will mention the first time when I represented the IPN in a
national competition in taekwondo in March 2016.

During this year I was studying industrial engineering at UPIICSA but something me is
practicing taekwondo and I always had to combine both studies with the sport which I took
as a challenge for me, but in that same year I started to return my sports activities that for
personal reason I stopped practice for about 5 years.

At the time of entering the TKD team I was nervous because I no had the same performance
as before but as time went by I gained that experience I started entering tournaments in
which some I won and others I lost but to my surprise in that month my coach told me that I
would enter a tournament called a university where it is at the national level for me it was
exciting but I started with the questions of what would happen if I just made a fool of myself
but with this I put myself to the test how far my abilities can go.
