1.What is Business Ethics?

The general concept of business ethics is to create and implement guidelines that could

help to determine the right and wrong within the Company or workplace and also establish

values for the employees to avoid any unethical decisions and actions that could harm the

company especially the customers. Importantly, it will help the company to be resilient to all

threats and vulnerabilities that might encounter. By practicing the right ethics and providing

standards that will benefit the individuals within and outside the company. And Companies that

advocate for business ethics motivate their employees to perform their roles with integrity.

2. How can you relate business ethics to corporate social responsibility?

Business Ethics and corporate social responsibility are both promoting ethical and moral

practice or actions. Both hold regulations and guidelines to keep the company in good condition.

Company should not only make reliable products, it should also consider all moral values to

make the company successful and productive. Social responsibility and ethics should be

practiced for the good reputation and behaviors of the company.
