Discuss whether leaders and managers are the same

From the latter perspective, a manager manages a collective of people and resources or entities to
accomplish a goal. However, a Leader shows leadership qualities; meaning a leader is an ability to
influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward organizational success. Influence and
inspiration separate leaders from managers, not power and control.
