● Responsible for the function, maintenance, and anyone in my assigned outdoor pool facility
● Train lifeguards at the beginning of the season and weekly to ensure optimal skills
● Evaluate lifeguard performance and give feedback to assess and improve the lifeguards’ work habits
● Developed critical thinking skills by quickly responding to any problems and co-managing 50 lifeguards

Manager on Duty July 2021 – April 2022

● Responsible for running the pool when the assistant pool manager was absent
● Ensure proper chemical balance, mechanical room functions, and guest safety
● Gained empathetic costumer service by interacting with guests when they were distressed
● Learned leadership skills by being in charge on shifts and working with all team members

Swimming
Competitive swimmer for 12 years with the Columbia Clippers. During my time as a swimmer I got to go State
Championships multiple times and attend Zones during the summer of 2021. I was my team’s senior representative during
the 2021-2022 winter swim season. I attended the Select Diversity Workshop, and the Leadership Summit, summer 2021
on behalf of my team.

Army JROTC
Was a member of my high school’s Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp program from fall 2020- spring 2022. I obtained
the rank of cadet sergeant. I was a part of our program’s raiders and drill team.
