Discussion:
In this experiment we need to know the kinetics of the reaction between
per sulphate and potassium iodide, and knowing the rate of reaction and
how much the concentration of reactants are remain after the passage of
time .

After the reactions between K2S2O8 and KI the solution stood for 6
minutes, then took 10ml from it and titrated with thiourea to knew how
much of concentration of reactants is remain, because after the passaging
of time the concentration of reactants will be decrease by the reaction
between them.
And in every six minutes took 10 ml of the solution and titrated it with
the thiourea to know the remain amount of concentration of reactant.

When the reaction between per sulphate and KI occurs the color of
solution changed from color less to yellow, because of the produce (I2)
in solution. And used a some drop of starch as indicator added to the 10
ml of solution, after adding the starch changed the color from yellow to
blue, because starch cause to remove the ((I2) and produce (I3).
And then after the titration and occurring the reactions between the
solution and thiourea the color of solution changed from the blue to
color less , because the thiourea cause to remove (I3) and produce the
(I2) again.

In the passaging of time the amount of (I2) increases in solution so we

need more amount of thiourea to occur the reactions between them, as it
is got in the result .
The results that we are obtained are not right totally because of maybe
the concentration of materials are not lot, or the starch maybe is old so
the results are not right all.
