 Price – FREYA

Kung kaka invest mo plang sa business or bago kapalng nag simula

the price and the suppliers of the product is very important why ?

because isa mga consideration is the affordability if kaya ba ng

budget and the quality it’s provide. May mga business man or

business owner kasi na they matter about their finances but the

quality of services and the product is not that too high or simply to

put it its poor . Which means the cheaper the service or the product

is not always represent the best amount or value for money. It might

happen if we intend to invest to a supplier which is more cheaper

than the others the product they provide might be ask for extra cost

why ? might be they are some replacement damages and the result

of that might losing your business. That’s why choosing a supplier is

very important because you may risk your business reputations.

Choose a provider that will provide you not that so cheaper price

but the quality is good.

Ang ibig sabihin nito ay isang aggrement not by two parties but an

aggrement of a party that nag pangako na babayaran nila ang isang

service or product pagkatapos ng ma fulfill or ma performed.

Example is like insurances yung may request ka for something and

someone will pay it for you or someone may answer or respond for your

request.

https://munizzilaw.com/blog/5-things-to-consider-when-signing-a-contract/

 Are The Parties Clearly Identified? - SION

 What Happens If One (Or All) Of The Parties Don’t Perform? – FREYA

In short, a contract is an exchange of one or more promises

or obligations between two or more parties….

Things might be complicated if one party will not fulfill kung ano man ilang

napagdesisyonan and they mght be instances na mag legal pursuit yung

mangyayri or consequences na haharapin if they can’t fix it or di

mamaayos sa magandang usapan kasi if you signed a contract you have

the obligation to fulfill that since you have signed your name.
