During the implementation of the Brigada Eskwela, various activities were conducted and ac-

As a gesture of gratitude and appreciation to the stakeholders and educational partners

who shared their time, effort and resources, the principal together with the teachers assured that
the entire school community would do its best to take care and keep the facilities in good condi-
tion.

RECORDING OF DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT

The Documentation Committee recorded all the school’s accomplishments and provided
information in monitoring the progress of the activities daily. As an integral part of keeping the
record, proper documentation in accomplishing the school’s progress complied with the Brigada
Eskwela Work Plan and the following activities were properly recorded and documented:

๏ All Volunteers, including the nature and duration of their services/participation which means
that the classification of volunteers’ work and time spent during the day’s accomplishment
were all recorded and documented in BE Form 4.
๏ All resources and any form of donations received were duly acknowledged.

BRIGADA ESKWELA IMPLEMENTATION STAGE REPORT

 The San Pedro National High School as a growing academic institution has surpassed a

lot of challenges during the COVID - 19 pandemic and continually pursued excellence despite

the many difficulties through the leadership of Shirley P. Sumugat, the school principal. The in-

tent of the school is to promote learning by improving the facilities and maintaining the physical

plant. Having the classrooms prepared before the opening of classes and and improving the

whole school community are just but few of the many reasons in conducting this bayanihan

among stakeholders and educational partners.

On ————, the Brigada Eskwela 2022 was kicked off. During the opening day, par-

ents, partners, barangay officials and other stakeholders attended the event.
