PRESENCE

We all know and are familiar with one mythical creature: the ghost,
also known as the soul of the dead. Ghosts are very rare to encounter,
but other people seem to encounter ghosts. People, including me, are
scared of ghosts. The reason for this is because of how they choose to
interact or present themselves to us humans by walking through walls,
screaming beneath floorboards, and in a variety of other terrifying
ways. In the Philippines, ghosts are known as "multo" in the Filipino
language. Thankfully, I haven’t encountered a ghost in my whole life,
except for my grandmother, who had a story about how she felt a
ghostly presence back when she was in a classroom as a teacher. 
Firstly, I will be introducing the person that I interviewed. Since our
activity needed to interview one elderly person, I chose and
interviewed my grandmother, named Zenaida. According to my
grandmother, she felt the presence of a ghost in a school where she
was teaching back in the day when she was a teacher. This school is
named Taguig Integrated School (TIS) and it is simply located at
Liwayway Street, STA. ANA Tagiug City.
You might be wondering how she felt the ghost despite being
invisible to our naked sight. She could feel it because of the wind
blowing in the room despite the fact that the doors and windows were
wide open. "It was a frightening experience," she said. When she told
me that part of her story, I was horrified and felt shivers all over my
body.
She feels the ghost's presence in her classroom and assumes that she
knows who was the ghost. She said that it might be his brother, Uncle
Polly, who died many years ago. She said “it was a coincidence because
my older brother had died the day before I experience this terrifying
moment”. She recalled that funeral rites are said to keep ghosts from
bothering the living. Their big brother's funeral was held, yet he was
still present.
 Until to this day, my grandma won’t forget that terrifying experience,
and she still believes in ghosts as a mythical creature. She hopes that in
the upcoming days, she will never experience this ghost presence again
in her whole life.
