REACTION PAPER

Giselle Weybrecht is a well-known adviser, speaker, thought leader, social entrepreneur, and

author who is passionate about promoting inclusive sustainability in business and business

schools throughout the world. Giselle Weybrecht is a recognized adviser, speaker, thought

leader, social entrepreneur, and author focusing on mainstreaming sustainable development

with a specific focus on business and business schools internationally.

I watched the YouTube video "TEDxWarwick - Giselle Weybrecht - How to make anything More

Sustainable," as instructed by the activity. Giselle Weybrecht, author of "The Sustainable MBA:

The Manager's Guide to Green Business," emphasized the significance of teaching the next

generation of business leaders about sustainable development issues in the video. She also

discussed the significance of guaranteeing that the following generation of business leaders

truly comprehend sustainability by working collaboratively with business schools and

businesses to incorporate sustainability issues into their initiatives, in addition to the role of

government, universities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), businesses, and social

entrepreneurs in educating and promoting sustainability.

Moreover, the education industry, particularly business schools, plays a key role in driving

mankind toward sustainability, according to the guest speaker. We will see bigger shifts in how

we do business throughout the world if we modify how the next generation of managers and

leaders consider and act in terms of sustainability. And finally, she claims to believe that almost

all business training courses underperform to provide graduates with a thorough understanding

of what sustainability is and do not equip them with the potential to embed sustainability into
their workplaces and careers; instead, they should remember to be more adapted to the overall

sustainable development of the business.
