Student Information Form for First Year Fieldwork

As you are aware, Wilson Social Responsibility (WSR) is an endeavour to fulfil

the vision and mission of John Wilson Education Society’s Wilson College
(Autonomous), Mumbai of cultivating intellectual and spiritually oriented socially
conscious citizens. Cultivating social responsiveness and contributing to community
welfare, the programme is committed to bringing forth activities of significance with
definite welfare outcomes.

The WSR program is mandatory with 2 Non-academic Credit for the

undergraduate degree programme. You will be assigned one NGO by the
W.S.R. Department where you have to complete 25 hours’ field activity in
respective duration.

We would like some information about you in order to plan fieldwork during the year.
You are requested to kindly fill up the form in the link below, before or by Friday
26th August 2022; 12.00 Pm.
