Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at the Principal’s Office.

Meeting was presided by the principal, Mrs. Chona G. Aliviado

Quorum was established.

Roll Call:

Attendees present: Principal, SFCS Grade Leaders and Officers

Excerpt from the minutes of the meeting last November 2, 2022

WHEREAS, children are not allowed to go outside their classrooms to buy snacks from the
canteen, supervised recess;

WHEREAS, 50% TO 75% balance payment of the previous vendors should be settled first
before they can operate;

WHEREAS, new amount of arkabala were suggested. Those who occupied the stall will be
asked one thousand pesos monthly and to those who occupied the bigger store will be
asked two thousand to two thousand five hundred pesos monthly. The said arkabala will be
remitted to Mrs. Barcelo for record purposes;
WHEREAS, vendors were not allowed to sell junk and unhealthy foods. Coffee Maker is also
not allowed;

WHEREAS, there will be no room to room selling of food to avoid distraction of classes;

WHEREFORE, on mass motion, by all officers and grade leaders present, be it resolved and
agreed.

Mrs. Chona G. Aliviado, reiterated the responsibilities of the vendors to comply their
obligations.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 12:45 P.M.
