Since academic work was always accomplished with stressful activities (Agolla & Ongori, 2009).

Academic stress, according to Prabu (2015), is a byproduct of education and formal education.
Regarding earning a degree and one's education, there could be a lot of pressure. Finding time
for extracurricular activities, juggling workloads, and completing projects and assignments all
caused stress.  Nordqvist (2009) stated that the word stress was used in such conditions when
it feels too much. People started thinking about whether they would be able to handle the
workload or situation. Jayanthi et al. (2014) observed that parent and teacher's expectations
were the main sources of academic stress among students. Among the student’s academic
stress could lead to low self-esteem as a result of many psychological problems will occur
(Nikitha, et al.,2014)
