THE PENAN

I don't think that the Penan will survive another 100 years. One
reason is they won't longer have the forest to get food. The
Malysian government want to sell the forest to the logging
companies. Also, they won't have to eat and share with their
guests. Another reason they won't survive is that they don't get
used to their new home because there is no much food like in the
forest . Besides, the children don't understand the language when
see the television. And, the Logan Iman is a sad place. To save the
Penan, I think the Malysian government shouldn't sell the forest to
the logging companies but support it as it is an indigenous culture
and for them its roots are very important.
