What’s More Activity 1.3 A “Me” Tree


Instruction:
Draw a root write all your strengths and talents/abilities – one strength or talent per root. On the branches
write all your accomplishments and successes one Per branch.
Some roots and branches should be left empty so that the new elements can be added as they happen in
the future. Lastly, write your name on the trunk of the “Me Tree”
Assignment
Self-Assessment (Critical Thinking, Character)
Instruction:
Assess yourself based on the following statement. The highest rate is 5 and the lower is 1.
Example:
Statement

3 I have a healthy physical body.


2 I get enough rest and sleep.
4 I am an emotional person.
3 I easily get angry.
4 I have a good study habits.
3 I am friendly.

By assessing myself I realize that I have a balanced life and simple.


Enrichment

Instruction: Answer the following in a separate sheet of paper.

1) How are you going to use the “Me” tree in this time of Covid-19 Pandemic?
I can use the “M” tree to remind myself that no matter what the situation is I have a reason to go on and
never give up easily, by using my strengths that I have. Still by using this strength I can achieve more things
and build up the strengths that I have even in this COVID-19 pandemic.
2) What are your self-realizations?
My realization is that I need to realize what I want in my life. When pandemic hits the world I realized a lot,
on how to survive and be strong and think positively of the life that we had. I have to step up and get put of
the comfort zone that I used to dwell in. It’s not easy changing all the things that I did, but I have to realize
that its not the same anymore
3) How does your self-realization affect your family?
My self-realizations affect my family positively because I have change a lot of traits in myself. Also they are
the reason why I do this things and achieved all of this. Lastly, they are the one who’s going to remind me to
keep going on and have faith in myself.
