the national economy. With the changing world and new technologies
coming to the fore, the Union Government has launched several path
breaking initiatives. Haryana is determined to strengthen its development

Haryana Enterprises and Employment Policy-(HEEP)-2020 takes
cognizance of the national initiative of Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan and

The Policy identifies five pillars for growth, namely, Industry
Competitiveness, Balanced Regional Growth, Export Development,
Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Robust Industrial infrastructure and
is ascertained to generate 5 lakh employment opportunities.

employment generation. The Policy has enumerated many lucrative incentives to
Ultra Mega Projects, Mega projects and enterprises in the Thrust Sectors in the
form of investment subsidy in lieu of net SGST, interest subsidy, employment
generation subsidy and stamp
duty refund amongst others. Itisexpected that HEEP 2020 will provide an impetus
to the start-up ecosystem in the State and help Haryana to become a global
investmenthub.
