Task 2. Choose three charts and describe them in about 150 words.

The three pie charts compare client’s responses to a survey about complaints and enquiries in the year
2004. Overall, there is a high level of customer satisfaction and presented data looks alike in all three
charts.

Over a half of respondents claim it was easy to make first contact with the company and about a third
was very satisfied with the service. Only 13% found the communication difficult.

We can see a similar data proportion in the second pie chart. Majority of clients – overall 94% – said
they could understand the company’s advice without any or almost any problem. Again, only a few
percent had difficulties here.

When it comes to resolving problems by the company, responses almost equal each other. Nearly 40%
of survey takers claim that their issue has been sorted out, however 28% are still waiting for a solution.
Finally, a little more than a third of respondents did not get the answer they have been looking for.
