Subungual hematoma

Figure A below is the clinical photograph of a 62 years old male who presents for evaluation of a finger mass for
the past 3 months. The patient delayed seeing a physician as he believed he had sustained a subungual
hematoma. Figure B is the corresponding radiograph. On examination, the finger is non-tender, has full motion of
the involved digit, and has intact sensation. He underwent a biopsy of the mass which is seen in Figure C&D. It is
decided that the patient will undergo amputation of the involved digit. Which of the following is most consistent
