For Both Base and Advance Game-Each game turn is performed in strict sequence of Play.

Administrative Cycle - (Advanced Game only- not on turn 1)


1. Random Events Phase
2. Union Depot Phase
3. Supply Phase
4. Embarkation Phase (only Game turns 6,7 and 8)
5. Begin RR destruction Phase
6. Reinforcement Phase (only turns 3 to 7)
7. Attachment Phase

First Action Cycle – page 11


a. Initiative Segment (both player roll die-CSA wins on tie)
b. Activation Segment (imitative player may play, allow opponent to go first or pass)
1, Segment continues till both players pass
c. Recovery Phase

Second Action Cycle- same as First


Third Action Cycle – same as first
Valley Cycle - (Advanced game only)
Terminal Cycle - (Advanced Game only- not on turn 1)
1. Declaration Phase
2. Complete RR Destruction Phase
