SUBJECT. :Progress Report re: Theft Incident

DATE. : November 15, 2022

1. Reference: a. Memorandum spot report re: Theft incident dated November 3, 2022.

b. Radio message with Cite Number: R9C-0404-41.

2. In connection with the above references, request be informed that a theft incident was
transpired inside the Calamba District Hospital. Where a sum of money worth fifteen
thousand pesos was taken away.

3. Arrested suspect Virgelio Rumpas was temporarily detained at Calamba Municipal Police
Station detention cell for proper case disposition while a case for Qualified theft under
Article 310 of the RPC is now being prepared by the investigator-on-case for
immediatefiling in court.

4. Final report will follow.

5. Request acknowledge receipt.
