Military camp 3057 of the National Guard of Ukraine

Titova Street, 63,
Mangush, Donetsk region, 87400

To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing with regard to the beating of a man by the military in your precinct

The situation occurred on Wednesday at 9 am. My friend was driving to work. The
car behind which the soldier was sitting began to block Sasha's path. When they
both stopped and got out of the cars, the military man began to make claims about
Sasha's improper driving. The military man behaved incorrectly and rudely. After
that, he hit Sasha in face and he lost consciousness. Now Sasha is in serious
condition in a hospital. I would also like to note that the military stole the
documents for the car and the passport. He had no right to leave your site without
permission and beat a person.

I have taken up this matter with a lawyer who advised me to contact you in a letter.
He also indicated that action will be taken if you do not answer me soon.

To resolve this matter, I ask you to pay material compensation to the victim in the
amount of 7000 . In addition, I want you to also incurred responsibility for not
controlling people in your camp.

Please, contact me withing on week and confirm these steps have been taken. If
you need to reach me by telephone, my number is (380) 67-258-20-81

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter

Yours faithfully,
Chorna Julia (Ms)
